Plans are paid three months in advance. A family plan may include up to three people in total: the primary applicant and up to two eligible family members (parent, spouse, son or daughter). Each person must provide identification. Our team will review the family relationship, availability and current conditions.

Important PO Box rules

We receive letters and packages, including Amazon boxes.
Medium or large boxes that interfere with the store's space or normal operations must be picked up the same day, immediately after Paradise sends the arrival notice.
Monthly fees must remain current. Late payments are not accepted.
While an account is past due, the release and pickup of mail and packages will be suspended until the payment is brought current.
Plans for two or three people are limited to the primary applicant's direct family: father, mother, husband, wife, son or daughter. Identification is required for every participant.

Package notice: Amazon boxes are accepted, but medium and large boxes must not remain in the store when they affect our working space.

I have read and accept the PO Box operational rules above, including same-day pickup for medium/large packages, suspension of mail and package release while the account is past due, and the direct-family restriction for two- or three-person plans.
